We run a small climate-controlled warehouse off North 27th Ave β the same building we've been in since 2012. About a third of our customers use storage for some part of their move, usually because their closing dates don't line up or they're between leases.
Storage is billed monthly with no minimum commitment. Typical pricing: a 1-bedroom apartment's worth of stuff runs about $135/month. A 3-bedroom house runs $295-$385/month depending on volume. We measure by cubic footage in vault crates, not square feet of space. Each vault is 5'Γ7'Γ7' and holds about 2,000 lbs.
Climate control matters in Phoenix more than most cities. Our warehouse stays between 65-78Β°F year-round. Standard self-storage units in Phoenix routinely hit 130Β°F in summer β vinyl records warp, candles melt into a pool, electronics fail, leather furniture cracks. If you've got anything heat-sensitive, our warehouse pays for itself within a couple months.
Storage with full move included
Most common scenario: we pack and load you out, drive the load to our warehouse, store as long as you need, then deliver to your new place when you're ready. You pay one all-in price for the move-out, monthly storage, and the move-in. Saves you the labor cost of hiring movers twice.
Standalone storage (no move)
You can also use us as just a storage facility β drop your stuff off, store it, pick it up when ready. We charge a $95 in/out handling fee plus the monthly storage. Most people doing this are storing motorcycles, classic cars, snowbird furniture, or estate items between heirs.
Climate-controlled vs ambient
We offer both. Climate-controlled is the standard rate. Ambient (warehouse temperature, no HVAC) is about 30% cheaper but only suitable for non-perishable, non-heat-sensitive items β patio furniture, garage tools, outdoor gear, sports equipment. Discuss at booking; we'll recommend based on what you're storing.
