About 70% of what we do is residential. On any given Saturday in May we have four crews running across the Valley — most loading 1-3 bedroom apartments in Tempe, Mesa, or Chandler, and at least one downsizing a longtime homeowner in Sun City or Surprise. We've moved roughly 4,300 Phoenix households since 2012.
Residential moves are billed flat hourly with no fuel surcharge and no truck fee. A typical 2-bedroom apartment runs three movers and one truck for 4-6 hours, including drive time within metro Phoenix. We don't charge for blankets, dollies, or shrink wrap — those come with the crew. We also don't pay our dispatchers commission on packing materials, so you won't get a hard sell on a $400 wardrobe-box kit you don't need.
What we ask from you: a clear walkthrough at booking (we offer free in-home or video estimates for anything over a 1-bedroom), a list of any specialty items (piano, gun safe, exercise equipment, glass top tables, art over 36 inches), and parking access at both ends. If you're in a high-rise downtown or in a Scottsdale gated community, tell us — we'll book the freight elevator and get the gate codes ahead of time.

What we don't do
We don't hold deposits over $100. We don't bill for travel time outside metro Phoenix on local moves. We don't use day labor — every mover on your job is W-2 with at least 90 days of training. And we don't move firearms loaded, hazmat, live plants over 4 ft, or pets — federal regulation, not preference.
