Phoenix metro stretches from Buckeye in the west to Apache Junction in the east, and Anthem in the north to Maricopa in the south. We work all of it on flat hourly rates without travel-time charges between metro suburbs.
Hourly rates depend on crew size and truck count, not distance. Two movers with one truck runs around $145/hour. Three movers with one truck around $185/hour. Four movers with two trucks around $310/hour. Most studios and 1-bedrooms come in under $700 total. 2-bedrooms typically $900-1,400. 3-bedroom houses $1,500-2,500 depending on packing and stairs.
We start the clock when we arrive at your origin and stop when the last item is in place at your destination — no travel time charged before or after. There's no fuel surcharge. There's no truck fee. There's no "stair fee" or "long-carry fee" added later. If a stairwell or long carry was clearly visible at booking, it's already in the quote. If something genuinely unexpected comes up at the job (like a freight elevator that's broken when we arrive), the foreman calls dispatch and we discuss with you before adding any time.

Anywhere in Maricopa County, plus parts of Pinal County (Maricopa city, Florence, Casa Grande northern outskirts). Roughly 75 miles radius from our warehouse at 27th Ave & Indian School. Beyond that, it gets quoted as long-distance with a flat per-job price instead of hourly.
Same-day moves
If you call before 11 AM and we have a crew available, we can usually do same-day for studios and 1-bedrooms within metro Phoenix. Larger jobs need at least 48 hours so we can route a proper crew and truck. Same-day pricing is the same hourly rate as scheduled — no rush fee.
