If you've got 5-50 desks to move within Phoenix metro, this is what we do every other weekend. Most office relos run Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon so your team walks into a working space Monday. We handle the whole thing: pre-move planning meeting, color-coded labeling tied to your new floor plan, disconnect/reconnect coordination with your IT, and a punch-list walkthrough Sunday evening before we leave.
For specifics: we'll provide moving crates (the plastic ones with hinged lids β much faster than cardboard) for desk contents at no extra cost. Each employee labels their own crate with their name and new desk number. Modular cubicle furniture we disassemble, label every panel and connector, and reassemble at destination. Conference tables, executive desks, glass-top items get full pad-wrap and corner protection.
One note on Phoenix office buildings: most Class-A towers downtown and along Camelback require COIs naming the building owner and property manager as additional insureds, plus loading-dock reservations 48 hours ahead. We've worked at most major addresses (Renaissance Square, One Renaissance, Camelback Esplanade, Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons towers) and we handle the COI requests as part of booking β you don't need to chase property management.
Common office move questions
Can you do it during business hours? Yes, but it costs more in disruption. We recommend Friday evening through Sunday afternoon for most offices under 30 desks. For larger relos we sometimes split: IT and servers Friday night, furniture Saturday, walkthroughs Sunday.
Do you bring crates or do we? We bring them β included free, picked up the following Friday. Plastic crates with handles, much sturdier than cardboard, and they stack on dollies which is faster.
Workstation reassembly? Included if it's standard cubicle or office furniture. For modular systems from specific manufacturers (Herman Miller, Steelcase, Knoll) we usually subcontract reinstall to a certified installer β we coordinate but they bill separately.
